Animal Diplomacy is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under such Section 501(c)(3).
In particular, Animal Diplomacy is organized for the purpose of supporting non-profit organizations internationally that will improve the conditions of animals and their human caretakers.
Animal Diplomacy is currently supporting the Egyptian Society for Mercy to Animals
Donations to Animal Diplomacy will be used to support the mission of the organization. While donors may specify the purpose of their donation, per the U.S. laws that govern charitable organizations, Animal Diplomacy retains full control and discretion to distribute funds received, including the right to discontinue further funding of foreign projects that fail to satisfy standards of performance or accountability and to return to donors funding that has been provided for a specific foreign charity. Animal Diplomacy is currently supporting the Egyptian Society for Mercy to Animals and will distribute funds to that group provided that it satisfies standards of performance and accountability, including submitting monthly accounting reports to Animal Diplomacy.
